HW Part B: If I could think of any moment in which I had the opportunity to take a picture, I am immediately drawn towards the moment in which I was standing on top of La Sagrada Familia. Sagrada Familia is a large beautifully and intricately designed Roman Catholic Church located in Barcelona, Spain. The structure was designed by architect Antoni Gaudi. The church stands at nearly 560 feet tall and provides breathtaking views over the buzzing city of Barcelona. The view from the top was unlike anything I had ever witnessed before. To add to the experience, I was a top of the structure with my girlfriend. Of course, as previously stated we were in Europe, standing on an entirely exposed bridge a top La Sagrada Familia, 500 feet in the air with the sun shining down upon our faces, taking in the entire view from elevation of Barcelona. It remains a moment in which I will forever hate myself for not capturing with a camera.
This moment was a very important one in my life because it provided the opportunity for my girlfriend and I to share a once-in-a-lifetime view of Barcelona Spain. When was the next time that we would be given the opportunity to travel to Barcelona, let alone any of Europe? Who knows! This could have been permanently held in our memory with the utilization of a photograph. But due to my extreme fear of heights, as soon as we approached the top of the tower I panicked and unfortunately convinced my girlfriend descend from the top of the structure as quickly as possible. I never gave my self the chance to look at the view or snap a photograph. If only I wasn't so afraid..
